Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How can I track my order?
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or reply to that email and we'll look it up for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — join our newsletter to be the first to know.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached, for a full refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you want; this gets the right size to you fastest. Return shipping on exchanges is on us.

Sizing & fit

How do airostyle sizes run?
True to size with a sculpting, second-skin feel in our performance knits. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Check the Size Guide for measurements.

What sizes do you carry?
XS through XXL in our core range, and 1X through 4X in Plus Size styles.

Fabric & care

How do I care for my activewear?
Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip the bleach and fabric softener — they break down stretch fibers.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus express checkouts including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email ventiktk91@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and we'll take care of it.
