Our promise

Love it or send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email ventiktk91@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order for the item you want — it's the fastest way to get the right fit. Return shipping on size exchanges is on us.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse (typically 3–5 business days in transit), we inspect and refund within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items marked as such at purchase cannot be returned. Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags are not eligible.

Damaged or wrong items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? Send a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice, with return shipping on us.
