Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery times & rates

• Standard shipping (3–7 business days): $4.95, free on orders over $75.
• Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays & issues

Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email ventiktk91@gmail.com and we'll investigate. For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we reship or refund your order.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute packages once shipped, and reshipping to a corrected address incurs a new shipping fee.
